Wrong forum. Also, how could a discussion of ID be interesting?

Incorrect. A simple search reveals discussions regarding ID in this forum. I believe that this is a different, nay, new view (at least on this forum, not in general) and would like to hear some responses. I cannot believe that someone who is generally interested in politics would find this totally devoid of interest.

But I will cross post in SMP if it pleases you.

I don't think ID is going to be much of a bridge between east and west. We will always have something to fight about.

Sorry, didn't read it before because of my pathological hatred of ID. /images/graemlins/blush.gif That article was indeed interesting. I don't think, though, that becoming a more religious society, especially via ID, is a good way to strengthen relations with Muslim nations. It might work, but a lot of people in this country are already worried (overly, IMO) about the disconnect between religious people and secular people. Not a good thing to exacerbate, and especially not to appease a bunch of foreign religious fundamentalists.

Well, I didn't mean you should x-post ID threads is both forums. /images/graemlins/smirk.gif I'm just saying that topic is acceptable in either forum.
