GREAT, now can you share which coupon you used???

MycroftX
12-05-2005, 01:04 AM
Sure.

It was $1,502 before coupons and shipping.

I used the Gottadeal.com $500 off $1499 coupon
link (http://www.gottadeal.com/dell.php)

And then the stackable Dell Holiday $50 off of $999 or more.
link (http://dell.eprize.net/regifting/index.tbapp?page=index2&email=&session_id=c52ufsf8 avymrlzi)

How many Party Tables will you be able to play without overlap in the future?

MycroftX

For a 17 inch WUXGA the max res is 1920X1200.

need 1600X1200 to 4table.

Looks good, I may copy your order. I am wondering about the video card though. Maybe an upgraded card would be helpful/necessary to attach a seperate monitor if ever wanting to play more than 4 tables?

I'm really not sure. The 128MB Radeon X300 on the Insiron 9300 has a monitor hookup and a TV out.

For $200 more, you can upgrade the 256MB NVIDA GeForce Go 6800.

Someone here should probably have a good answer though.

OP: Did you just go to the site and pick these specifications? Because when I go it charges me more to upgrade to all of these specs, and the price comes out alot higher then $1500?

you have to apply a coupon once you're in your cart.

www.gotapex.com (http://www.gotapex.com) has a list of these coupons.

Yeah, so do I.

I was not sure that he could get it to his door for 976.

I would think even tax+shipping would boost it.

I get $1592 for what it's worth.

(Also, if you're outside of the US, prices get crazy.)

In reply yo JunkMail and KaneKungFo

Yes it's 976 shipped.

You must be making some mistake becuase I just tried applying the same upgrades again, and got the same price, 1,502 before coupons and shipping.

There are only 3 upgrades I made to the base model.

-Upgrade to the WUXGA monitor (+125)

-Upgrade to the 128MB ATIs™ Mobility Radeon™ X300 (+49)

-Upgrade to the 80GB 5400rpmHard Drive (+29)

If you get more than 1,502 then you didnt choose specifically these three upgrades.

Then minus the gottadeal.com coupon (500 off 1499 or more)

down to 1,002

Then minus the stackable Dell holiday coupon (50 off 999 or more)

down to 952

plus the $24 handling fee

$976 shipped

According to the "check your status" link in the order confirmation Email I got, they've already shipped it.
