Call me crazy....but I wonder if you can fold this on the river? Check/cold call Flop...Check/raise turn....
To me its such an obvious slow-play that when he shows strength back at you on the river...if I thought that the villian in question would recognize my slow-played strength and STILL push all-in...I - honestly- would probably *THINK* fold and end up pushing call.

I think any of us get stacked here - a tough bullet to dodge.

If you think he'd push just as hard with JJ+ or even with 99 77 for the gutshot / bluff at the end...then you have to call and lose this one.

Tough one.

No way to dodge this, I'm getting stacked every time when it comes to set over set. It gets made up for time after time when someone can't let go of TPTK or an overpair.

Don't know that you can get away from set over set in a raised pot. Lead the flop with a big hand. See SSH.

Set over set is a pretty hard place not to go broke, particularly at this limit.

I would not have slowplayed on the flop, but otherwise it looks fine to me.
