Casino365 monthly reload. How do I get it?

I tried transfering $40 from my bet365 poker account over to the casino like I do on Eurobet for their casino bonus, but it doesn't seem to have worked. Do I have to transfer in $40 from an outside source? If so, will the bonus show up in the bank right away?
