I have been totally frustrated by the so called 24 hour help service,,if you can call it that,,,first they don't know the answer,,then they keep you waiting, you could pull your hair out,,,then they want you to choose 4 dates alltogether,,now how many people can plan 4 entrys over so many months?? so if you miss one tough on you,,this is # 1 joke
