Hand 1: I'd probably just check the flop and (unenthusiastically) take one off if there wasn't a checkraise. I don't like my hand very much, really (it could easily get outdrawn even if it happens to be best currently), but if MP3's flop bet (we can expect one, right?) chases people away, I might start entertaining the possibility that I currently have the best hand.

Anyway, though, I guess your approach of leading into the LAG and hoping he'll raise with JJ or AJo is a way to fight for the pot.

The turn check-fold looks good to me. No one's acting too enthusiastic about what they've got, but I don't think the chances you're ahead are very good, and the turn card is a pretty bad one for you. Among other things, it makes your outs even more tainted.
