View Full Version : What's the most supernatural occurrence you have ever witnessed?

You can read "supernatural" to mean 'most difficult to explain by natural phenomena':

Mine >> When I was 14, our housesitter and I were driving home, when as we turned into the main road leading into our neighborhood, we saw around 15 feet in the air above road what I could best describe as a miniature watertower. It had 4 legs, and a white bulbous upper portion. The entire structure was around the size of a paint can.

We slowed down to observe it. It floated seemingly noiselessly (although we probably couldn't have heard any sound above the car engine) and very smoothly at around 15 miles / hour. It stayed anywhere between 15 and 25 feet above the ground. We followed it through the roadways of our neighborhood (sometimes losing sight of it as it drifted above a treeline...we were constrained of course by only being able to follow it via the paved roadways). We followed it for around a half mile, before we reached a huge ravine in our neighborhood, where we simply had to stop at the bridge and watch as it floated out across over the ravine and out of sight.

Never been able to figure out what the hell it was.

Wow, you had a housesitter that you did 'shrooms with? That's pretty supernatural in my book.

I was at my girlfriends house when I was around 17 and we were in the basement with the lights off. We turned them off when we went down there...

About 3 mins into the deed the lights turn on, and nobody is home. Needless to say we were really freaked out and it prevented me from jamming it home.

It was crazy (but i'm sure you had to be there /images/graemlins/grin.gif)

This sounds more like a wiring problem than a supernatural phenomenon.

My wife was on the pill and is now 11 weeks pregnant. That was the most supernatural and strange thing that has happened to me.

Seriously though, I find it odd that I can't thing of a single event in my life that is postable in this thread. I can't think of anything I've seen that I just couldn't explain.
