Continuation Betting.... How often?

If you're routinely raising 3.5 to 4.5 BBs pre flop in position... getting heads up... with hands like AK-AJ or so... and the flop misses.... how often are continuation bets in order? I usually make them 70% of the time or so when I miss... and it usually pays off when they don't miss..

These can get very expensive after a while if they play back at you.... given the continuation bet may be anywhere from 2/3-3/4 of the pot.. or 5 or 6 BBs....

In positionn, 100% of the time. OOP, it depends on the texture of the board, but pretty often.
