iPoker Network generated or contributed?

How do CD Poker, Titan, or Noble calculate MGR? Is it based on generated (like Empire) or contributed rake?

Also what are the differences between the sites? I read that CD requires a contribution to the pot in order to count as a raked hand towards a bonus. That doesn't seem to be true for the other 2 sites.

it is involved rake, or your share on any hand you are dealt cards. i am not sure about the way bonuses clear, but CD does pay us a higher rate than Titan or Noble, but their graphics are not as attractive.
