Today is my 21st Bday. I take one drink of a drink across the table the "owner" of the drink throws it on me. Can I know kick his ass?

No, you can now finally move out of Kansas and start over in first grade.

Why would you kick his ass? He just gave you the rest of the drink.

Why would you drink a stranger's drink? That's pretty gross if you ask me.

He just said the "owner" of the drink. So, it could have been his girlfriend or older brother.

I don't see why it sucks ass, atleast compared to some of the other completely horrible threads recently here.

Edit: I actually think it is a valid question. IMO, owner is an [censored], and a total party pooper. People on their 21st get to drink whatever, and as much as possible. Those who are along for the ride have to deal with it if something as silly as someone taking a drink of their beverage bothers them.

I just feel the OP is intentionally leaving out who the "owner" is (I mean, who calls somebody "the owner of the drink"?).
