Obviously a c-bet is best here but i dont want to go all in and over bet the pot because i fill like i am going to be called by a much higher range of hands that i am behind that includes lots of pocket pairs any queen and prolly most tens. So my question is how much do you bet into the pot here if of course you do bet. Thanks for the advice.

I'd just push. If you bet anything smaller than all in, you're committing yourself anyways.

Do you think an all in preflop would have been better here in the first spot?

No. All in preflop is overdoing it a little.

Pushes. I wouldn't hate a push pf, either, it depends how loose the BB is.

By the way reason for pushing is, although this is a WA/WB situation he'll probably fold pairs 99 and under, might even fold JJ if you're lucky, and would fold flush draws, all of which you want out.
