For most of these girls, this isn't a career - they're only escorting to pay their way through college. They have too much to lose to risk getting caught turning tricks.

So, my "friend" in Portland one time called an escort girl and they charge by the hour, but some will charge more for "full service". Well, that is what "my friend" told me. Then, if you (or "my friend") get lucky it won't be obvious how much coke she is on and she will look half-way decent.

I definitely think you should not use the yellow pages though. Vice works both ways, by wanting to bust the prostitutes and the Johns. So, there is a chance that an escort service in the yellow pages is actually a sting operation (this is what the escort my "friend" used told him"). Plus, you may see 100 different companies, but like 20 of those are all the same with different names. I think the craigslist.org idea would be safer.

Also, "my friend" chickened out at the end and just went for the massage with the happy ending. He is now happily living in San Diego.
