How would you describe agressive play?

Is it raising with 32o in early?
Is it raising not matter what you have?
Is it check-raising on every street?
Is it just throwing a lot of money in a pot with the hopes of scaring people away?

What is agression when it comes to poker?

Technically, those are "aggressive" plays. However, winning poker requires you to be both "tight" and "aggressive" - and that is something that is missing in the above examples.

Don't get too caught up on semantics. Don't worry about what being "aggressive" means. Worry about making +EV plays. Most of the time this means doing more betting an raising than checking and calling. Sometimes it does not.
