I'm starting to get undrunk, but I'm starting to feel sick from the large amount of food I consumed while drinking.

I'm also very extremely thirsty, but I don't make my stomach explode.

Which is it OOT, expand the stomach, or dry out?

Thanks.

Craig

Yah water, or tea if you like it and have it.

If you start getting hot and sweaty, you're heading for throwup, so just get it over with and stick your fingers down that throat and clear the system.

Yeah. You're gonna be really dehydrated from all the alcohol so get a lot of non-caffinated fluids into your system to flush out the crap.

You don't need to unless you get hot and sweaty. If that happens you either will hurl anyway after a lot of discomfort, or if you don't it'll feel pretty uncomfortable for an hour or two anyway (so just get it out the way, I'd suggest).

Don't if you're not feeling that way though.

So avoid the cheap sauce. One further note: red wine contains an extra hangover-inducing poison all of its own called tyramine. So be especially careful with cheap red wine.

Yea, Gatorade is my hangover drink of choice, so Powerade will probably get the job done.

OK Childroon, I'm going to let you in on a little secret passed down through the ages:

To prevent a hangover, take 4-5 Nature's Chi herbal capsules with your first drink. Every third drink, have a nice glass of water, 8-10oz not too warm and not too cold. Have another nice big glass of water before bed. If/when you wake up in the middle of the night to pee, have some more water. Water is key. In fact, the water is enough for an ordinary night out - but for a serious binge evening, the Chi is imperative. You will wake up in the morning wonder how you can possibly feel as good as you do.

Thank me later.

OP: That stuff for babies is better than the 'ades, because it's lower in sugar, so it won't give you sugar thirst. I forget what it's called though.

I was being a bit rediculous but milk is the way to go.

Or just have another beer. That takes the edge off pretty good.
