I don't know, but checking that river sucks.

Dude, he obviously hit the backdoor flush HU. If you bet, he's just going to raise you.

Ha! I was gonna say 65 /images/graemlins/grin.gif Same thing, nice read.
To OP: Bet the river, the villain will call with any pair, he might even call you with worse hands cuz hes curious and wants to see what hand beat him. Dont worry about the hands that beat you. If you always bet this river, and always called when raised by a better hand, you will still make more money in the long run then checking and calling IMO.

I normally don't check the river w/ this hand heads up. This game was crazy though. I saw villion go four bets on turn against an equal donk and fold on the river for one bet. My plan was to check call because I figured he'd bet a lot of hands that I beat and fold had I fired on the river.

AA, thinking that you were going to checkraise a flush he mucked his hand for tactical reasons.

I would bet and hope he raises then.

You really think that he'd bluff raise the river often enough to make betting here more profitable? I still like inducing a bluff by checking better.

He's also calling you with A-high IMO. I don't think that your read justifies checking here. Just bet and get called by some crap.

If you're going to post a NC hand at least play it correctly.

He thought your river check sucked so much that he didn't want to join you in checking the river.

No reason to get fancy. He's shown zero aggression so far. What makes you believe you'll induce a bluff more often than he'll call a bet?

Just bet.

Villain is James Bond and Homer Simpson is dealing.
