New pet peeve

I have a new pet peeve that has eclipsed basic inconsiderate behavior: college educated people who consistently forget to attach files to emails they are sending for the sole purpose of disseminating said file.

This sort of behavior needs to be dealt with. I suggest a bullet to the forehead.

In the group project I'm currently working on they are 4/7 in attaching files
