Check/raising this flop would be debateable IMO on a rainbow flop; here it's definitely spew. Even the times when you're currently ahead your equity is still just hovering around 60% I would imagine.

Check raising this flop is only good if you know that villian is capable of letting go and doesnt have spade backup. If you answer no to either of the above, its spewing. You will be OOP for the rest of the hand, vulnerable to a 4th spade and behind AK.

If you had a spade backup, then the CR is ok. But in this hand, I would be more comfortable leading the flop, calling a raise, and getting to showdown as cheaply as possible so long as a 4th spade doesnt come off.

Nice fold anyways.
