View Full Version : Is Daniel Larsson still playing?

He came in 2nd to Erik Lingren about 2 years ago in the WPT Aurba WPT event and I was under the impression that he was mainly a high stakes cash game player online and that he played a lot. These days I haven't heard anything about him in the poker press and haven't seen him at any of the live events I've been to over the past year.

So is this handsome man still alive and well and cleaning up online? (Apologies to Daniel, its the only pic I have of him that I took in St. Maarten about a year ago)

He's been on the Monte Carlo Millions broadcasts on FSN.

According to his blog (http://www.swedishsantas.com/index.php?id=67&language=svenska) he played the EPT Vienna event in early October.

There is a player on Absolute named Dan Larson. It would probably he him.

Would you be so kind as to fill me in on the limits hes playing, tournament finishes, handles or other interesting stuff?

Blog talks about heads up limit hold'em $100/200. Handles are Fragell and Looptroop.

He was the only TV broadcast poker player who I thought played really really really well. Not that that other players play ed bad, but just in what got aired I thought he played really well.

I always get him confused with Erik123 for some reason.

i have played with him at a few tournaments. i like him, and he's a good player. i think i remember seeing him recently at a tournament but i can't remember which one. i know 100% he was in atlantis in jan 2005 and aruba 2004.
