I'm always at a loss about what to do in this spot. Remember there are others in the hand still. Should I just fold facing a small bet like this?

With this many people, I'd just fold.

If i don't hit the flop w/ AK in early levels, and theres multiple people in the pot (4+) then i fold if bet into. However, if your K was changed to a diamond i would call.
