I think this would be more interesting if there would be a guarantee that one would stay disease free if option 1 is chosen (regardless of promiscuity).

If I were fabulously wealthy, or Bob Marley, or a traveling hobo type, I would take option 2. Having a ton of kids would be sick in so many ways.
