I figured SBs range is any 2 and SNGPT shows this is slightly +EV, but is this a call. If I call and lose, I lose all FE next hand.

Well, there's your answer, then. With the blinds so high, there don't figure to be very many more hands, so you can't really worry about future +EV opportunities.

Without SNGPT, my gut instinct was to grit my teeth and call.

It is definately a call. You are getting what? 3.5:1? And to knock someone out, get you into the money, and make your chances at 1st much higher without sacrificing that big a chance at 3rd.

If you consider the difference in money in first and second and third. Your odds of getting to 1st if you win this hand vs. your odds of not getting to 3rd if you lose. It is a +++EV play in my opinion.
