I'm on a bulking diet, where I basically have to be eating all of the time. 4000 calories split over 6 meals, mostly from protien/fat.
The problem is, I'm a pretty skinny guy, 6'0" but only 160lbs, so I my stomache gets full really easy. If anyone has tried this, how do you force yourself to eat? After meal number 4 or 5 I just can't bring myself to grill up more chicken and shove it down my throat.
Also, anyone have any meal ideas for high protien, low carb foods?
