Won a $60 satellite at bet365poker to get in a $300 satellite, which I won to make me eligible for a $3000 satellite for a chance to win a monte carlo millions package. I tried for 3 weeks to find 9 other players for this satellite and there were never enough players. When time ran out bet365pokers said that's tough you get nothing??!!?? Is this normal??? I've played other sites where they just give you the money in your account? Attached is an e-mail they sent me offering a seat in a $500 tourney instead. I have plenty more if you want to read them. It's a rip off. I guess they had a parrty with the $3K I won.

Dear Mr Wallen

Thank you for your patience while we have been reviewing your compliant.

As previously discussed, our rules clearly stated that Rounders tokens were neither transferable nor redeemable for cash and as such the network was in a position where players were going to lose such tokens. A decision was taken to put on the MCM Special Freeroll in order for players with outstanding tokens to use them in full and the $75,000 prize pool was increased by the network so as to ensure that we made no gain from the tokens. Unfortunately, it was only possible to put the one final tournament on and customers with different levels of tokens could not be differentiated between.

We are sorry you feel aggrieved by what has happened and as a gesture of goodwill bet365 would like to pay for your entry in to the Online Final of the Scandinavian Open Final which has a buy in of $470+$45, with 1 in 20 winning a seat to the EPT Scandinavian Open held at the Scandinavian Open held at the casino Copenhagen in Denmark on 20-22 January 2006.

Please let us know if you would like us to do so.

Kind Regards
Martin Willis

If you deposit via Neteller at Bet365, make sure you use the same add, phone # etc. thats on your Neteller acct. or they won't let you withdraw untill the details on your acct. at Bet365 matches exactly whats on your neteller acct. They will let you deposit, but then inform you theres a problem.

oxymoron

I had the same problem when I attempted to withdraw in Sept. I found out that I never input my email address in neteller. I updated it and called bet365's CS and I had to manually input their info in neteller to get my withdrawal process. I deposited last month and just left everything in their as I figured there would be a bonus in Dec (Glad that there is.)

I hope they resolve this entirely as I love their current bonus but I hate calling everytime even though their CS was okay.

calmjackal, I think your best course of action here is to post this message in as many possible spots on this for...

I've found bet365 to have the best customer service out of all the websites I've played at. That being said do yourself a favor and get on the phone with them since email CS is usually pretty useless. I talked to one of their reps on the phone and they had my cashout in my neteller account within half an hour.
