seems pretty donkish to me, and chances he has Q9 are just as strong

ps. I also have folded sets and 2nd nut hands more than a few times, so I don't think this is just me being loose.

Is this a joke? Why did you put him on exactly J9? What notes could you possibly have that indicated exactly that hand?

he raises exactly JT+ and Q8+ preflop, and always slowplays big hands.

Wow that is like the luckiest thing ever.

However, your play is not good.

that hand was in real life and i had a tell

i cant believe none of you appreciate this. its obviously a world class play. I can play ABC poker and I can play tricky too. This is beyond.

Your play is perfect. I ran some numbers:

H: 40 (a-7n) 35%-60% : equity: 50% (n-1_)
V: 50 (a-7n) 10%-20% : equity: ~30% (n-1_)
M: 30-10 (a-7n) 0%-5% : equity: ~.5% (n-1_)

H(V) / M = n3 so we are at ~50% for +EV but look at this:

HR1 = M(V) - H...so 4/5 of M never would have raised!
