View Full Version : Aggression with TT

No read here. My very first hand at the table. In my last post w/AKs, I mentioned my leak of not enough aggression. Before I would just call down here w/TT but I found myself having to make difficult decisions as overcards dropped which is what i mean when I say I was giving up pots. So how's this? Are you firing again on the turn?

At first, it looked as though the $11 bet by Villain was a continuation bet, but not after he called your reraise. At this point, I have to put him on a pocket pair, unless he is a donk who calls with nothing but overcards.

Personally, I dont play too agressive so i will usually check the turn as well and bet the pot if he checks again on the river.

I would want to bet at least half the pot here. Probably closer to two thirds. I'm not that scared of the preflop raise, and the 11 looks like a c/b.

I would not bet here, and I would not be too happy about calling a river bet either.

If you're gonna bet on the turn, then you're gonna push on the turn because you don't even have a pot-sized bet left in your stack. Your move here is purely read based. I lean to checking behind and calling villain's river bet.
