Villain is a loose, over-aggressive, moron. 60/24.3

I had a feeling I was ahead of his whiffed ace high here.

I generally fold to the flop raise. Best case scenario, you're a slight dog to 2 overs + flush draw.

Yeah I have a feeling this was really bad.

Villain was just an idiot bluffing CONSTANTLY, i couldnt let him go uncehcked

If villain actually has a hand I think he's more likely to disbeleive you have a hand rather than caught a four.

Personally, I think if you want to continue after he raises you on the flop, you should call and reevaluate on the turn. If you were in position, it would be different because you would be able to get yourself to showdown cheaper.

That said, there's nothing wrong with making a stand against a guy who raises too much. Just make sure you know how he plays post-flop before you go too far.

You call it a "move" but you also say you think you had the best hand. That doesn't make any sense.

I don't think this is the best line to take against almost anyone but against certain players it's not too bad (namely the ones that would actually play overcards this way.)

Yeah that's why I put it in quotation marks. I think there is a 50/50 chacne that villain A) has an overpair, but not a dominant one and MAY fold it or B) has overcards (and thus is beat)

You "bluff" with those odds?

It is generally almost impossible to move an idiot off of an overpair.
