I've played with BB before, and this move is 80% a mid pocket pair thinking he can resteal with that minraise. I he sees this much money in the pot he just can't help himself, he minraises. Problem is he is likely to openpush any flop without an ace, so the chance of me seeing 5 cards if I call here are slim. UTG and CO has...two cards. Most likely at least one of them has one of my outs. Good spot for a push with all the money in the pot? Since I just called the first time around I might even get a call from a hand I have dominated (AQ,AJ). Or is it better to call since I have position?

What do you do here without any reads at all? Fold since BB has a monster often enough?

You will not be taking this pot down PF. You will possibly be going AI 3-way. You WILL be behind going AI - possibly significantly. Position really isn't an issue, as this monster pot is unlikely to get past the flop. I'd make the PF call...willing to go broke on any A/K flop.
