this is kind of ridiculous that the smallest is one week. In first year I once had a gentlemens bet with my roomate who I constantly asked to leave the room that I could go a week without doing it. I cracked about 6 hours short of the week. I could definitely last a week normally, but it was exams and I was really stressed. Needed to clear my head.
Without a bet,and not in a relationship the longest is probably 3 days.
