How much do i suck? Please vote

It is tough to suck, especially if poker is your only source of income. Below I have attached graphs of my poker since March, both BB graphs and $$$ graphs. I created a new DB on Oct 1, so I had to put up 2 graphs for both.

I used to think I didn't suck. Now I am not so sure. Since March (Sept 1 is at about hand #180K)

I basically wouldn't have tried to tough it out as long as you did at 10/20 with only a 500 bet roll. It's not an easy game. I think you have done well to move down and rebuild. Keep plugging along.

when i played with you in vegas you didnt seem to suck. when you discussed poker you knew what you were talking about and i learned some things.

you likely have had some very bad runs and are having confidence issues. try to concentrate on making sound poker plays independent of results. this is obviously easier said than done.

Correct me if I am wrong, but over 240K hands you are winning 1 BB/100. That ain't bad by any means.

If I am reading your graph correctly, you have won about $17K in a game where the average player loses money to the house.

Keep things in perspective. There's no doubt that you have room for improvement (who doesn't?), so keep working at your game. But stay confident and, as long as you're playing for fun, play at a level where you are confident you are a winner. You will develop better that way and have more fun.

played a bunch live after the party split....let the dust settle....ill be back into getting 30-40K hands/month now

very well until lately...the instant i cut loose from Bicyclekick i dropped about 200BB in the 15 and 30 games at Canterbury. live roll went from 18K to 10K in a month. hilarious.

your two october graphs dont match up, but on a serious note i dont know much about 10/20 but i am sure variance is a factor. Make sure not to change your play because of this.

Try a new game. NLHE is fun.

Not that you can't beat LHE, obviously you have beat it for quite a bit of money. But a new game might allow you to be more refreshed and relaxed. You might have gotten into a rut with LHE. When I run bad I switch games. Maybe the same would work for you.

maybe...but i first moved to 6max in May and had 85K hands at 5/10 at +1.3BB/100, although that is a small sample.

BK you seriously suck at Chinese, esp when you are drinking. You choose the wrong swing decisions and when you're drunk you practically tell us your hand through verbal tells and physical tells. It is very easy to set up hands to sweep you when you are doing this.
