After two virtually sleepless nights (no, I stopped drinking and doing blow six months ago) I finally finished reading Brunson and here's a little question for all of those who posted their reviews on Amazon claiming that Super System was "outdated", "not worth the price", and "entertaining but not very helpful": What fu**ing book did YOU read?
Even considering his work on its anecdotal merit alone demands applause and can be enjoyed by someone with merely a casual interest in the game, much like the half-hearted baseball fan can become entranced with Ken Burns' masterpiece documentary. And on a more esoteric note, I for one, shall never look at a drawing flop the same way again.
Morons.
