With near optimal play what can a shorthanded player expect to get in terms of BB's/100 at the .50/1 or 1/2 limits? What can the same player with top-notch play expect headsup at these limits? Also, headsup what range of hands are you raising from the SB and what range are you 3-betting a raise from the BB? I'm usually raising with Ax/K7+, any two cards ten or higher, and any pair. I'm usually three-betting A10+, KJ, KQ, and any pair. How does this sound? How would you advise tweaking these ranges?

I think BB's/100 is over-rated. You need a ton of hands and it still doesn't mean you're playing optimally. I was running at 5.2BB's/100 for a decent stretch at 3/6, and I"m sure many better players weren't scoring that high.
Also, headsup is a waste of time at these limits. The rake is too big to overcome.
Telling us what you raise without position/table stats is nearly useless. Post hands.
