Google falling...

I suck at stocks, but I've followed google since day 1, but couldn't convince my parents to invest, which turned out great haha.

Anyways, is there a specific reason it is falling so hard? Is anyone thinking of picking it up while it's down?

It was downgraded today by Stanford.

With a stock valued this high, any little thing like that can set it off. Like when eBay took a big hit last year over a hint of slowing growth in their earnings report.
