Ever have reads? I don't like open limping this in most situations (exception being at a loose passive table). I think you played this fine postflop.

any reason you dont like a raise on the turn?

If I have reads, I try to include them. However, the reason that most of these situations come up is simply because I don't have a read. If I had a read this would be a lot easier.

As for the open-limp, I don't know, I didn't like i either when I did it, but I've been trying new things.

I think that when villain 3-bets the flop, my middle 2 pair is no good.

I think this is not a good thing to be trying. OOP w/o a read sucks in general. I find in my losing sessions that most of it comes from beeing out of position in a sticky situation. This time you ended up with position, so no harm no foul.

And yes, I think you're behind on the turn as well, but the call still seems ok.

This hand looks fine. I don't like the turn raise- worse hands fold and better hands call. I already think you are behind despite improving on the turn. You have to call that ridiculous river bet.

I'm not raising the turn because I'm confident that my 2 pair is no good, but at the same time, with 2 pair and a flush draw, even against top and bottom 2, I'm only 2:1, so I'm getting a fine price, assuming that I can extract more on the end.

which is why the call is fine. Add in the times that villain thinks his AJ is good since the pot went unraised too. I'm glad you agree with me agreeing /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well, I'm just saying why I'm calling not folding.

You really think you are behind? I would think that you can expect that their is a possibility that they have AQ and are trying to find out where you are.

Or they missed the flush draw as well so I don't see how you don't value bet the river for 1/3 to 1/2 pot.

Because you could just as likely be value betting villain's hand, and it would suck to get reraised.

Villain shows A5 /images/graemlins/heart.gif for top and bottom 2 and best draw on the turn and flush on the river.
