A simply b/c the gold on b will wear of and make your watch look cheap. Have you looked @ hamiltons. Heck I have a nice automatic hamilton I'd sell you for reasonable. It shows the movement in the back.

both are very, very ugly. the back drop looks like my bathroom floor.

i think you could find a much better watch for $300

Those are both excellent watches. I'm partial towards A, as it has an air of elegance which B lacks. You really can't go wrong with either one though.

my friend in 4th grade had something similar to this. it was pretty awesome..and times haven't changed much 16 years

I saw a youngish guy at my 30/60 tictactoe table at the bellagio wearing two pieces very similar to these, actually nicer I think and I'm quite sure they were real. He got tons of comments all evening about them.
