I wouldn't reraise the flop here. You have outs to the stone cold nuts, the turn may also bring a club, and he's letting you see it cheaply. Plus, that flop is just too likely to have hit his raising range square in the face.

No way I'm folding here with so much in the pot. Even if he has AJ or AT you have some outs left. Villain has set sometimes but not too often to fold.
Too many players at the $33s have some weak hands you got dominated to fold this.
