View Full Version : Laxatives and weight....

11-29-2005, 02:39 AM
I started my new diet a couple of weeks ago :little to no red meat, lots of chicken/vegetables, no bread, sweets, etc. I did this so I could play rugby better. (Its only really fun if you're fit.) I am happy with my results thus far, I've dropped about 8 lbs (slow but sure) but I have a couple of days coming up where I have nothing to do but sit around with no class or obligations, etc. Would taking a lot of metamucil (sp?) or laxative help assuming I stayed hydrated throughout the day?

Or should it just be a Crimson challenge to drink an entire container of laxatives and hold it in for 24 hrs?

Please shoot some time-lapse video for us if you try this.

At the 24th hour, if you'll let go in a tubgirl-esque pose, I'll eat a pound of butter.
