Was playing the 2-5 at the wynn this past weekend. the table was so fricken tite that i had to raise with garbage and see the flop as an underdog to extract any kind of cash from the bastards.
well, one player, pretty solid, raises to $20. i'm in the BB with T7 hearts. SB calls, i call.
FLOP: T 7 7. Oh yes. SB and I check, raiser bets $25, we both call.
TURN: A. I begin to sit up in my chair and bet $25 into the raiser. He raises me another $125. I cut $125 off my stack and think. OK, why not.
River: 7. I cock my head, disappointed as if realizing that this hand is going to be a split pot. at this point i've got only $370-390 left. I check. He's got at least $700, and bets $$250. wow. i instantly go all in, he instantly calls and flips TT. OOPS, flopped boat, no g00t!
He left. It was a good day.
