View Full Version : Dealing with a Kook at the table

Suppose you are playing at a "good" table with a couple of live ones. Sometimes one of them catches a nice run of cards, and pretty soon some malcontent or grumbler starts laying in to them and calling them a bot or a house player or something.

Now when I'm at a "good" table, I don't want the kook getting others all paranoid and out of the gambling mood. I sometimes put in the chat box "I'd love to hear your theory on JFK.......", but I'd also like to hear if anyone ever says or does anything to try and disarm the kook. We need something to keep the fishes seated and contributing to the cause.

Oooooh thanks for the tip. I always ask them where Elvis has been hanging out.
