Looks like Weak-tighty hit the jackpot on the turn and is begging for a raise. A true weak-tight would have shut it down after his flop bet was called. Looks like CO folded AK or a pp.

I don't like the timing of your move. He rasied pre-flop and called a re-raise after hero. If he is really weak-tight and has a hand that he likes (because he is betting into the pre-flop re-raiser) then you aren't getting him to fold here.
