Yeah Quit grinding ya big 6max wussys, Sit in a game with 15BB and move up to the next possible stake when you reach 15BB for that.

I.e. .10/.20 6max game with $3, Play till $7.50 and move to .25/.50

No moving down unless you've passed 2+levels, No quitting untill you've passed atleast 4levels.

Start at whichever level you like,
Good luck.
.10/.20 with $3 here.

It's not? Holy c***!
Then the 2p2ers here lecturing about having at least 300BB at your new limit are all part of a conspiracy?

(I always knew it!)

You're welcome to ask Iggie, who ran $15 up to $1500, if it's -EV.

Why not do an OIC instead and possibly get somewhere?

POKhER

I forget what OIC is? Explain /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

So I was right? It IS a conspiracy!

What will be next?

EV in the sense of the high ROR is what you mean right?

Although if you run hot, its sexy /images/graemlins/wink.gif and allows you to potentially play 3/6 or 5/10 when you may normally play 2/4

RoR is not relevant to EV. You're quite likely to bust through this challenge, but when you don't, you'll win a lot.

It's only -EV if you are willing to continue playing higher and higher until you can't beat the game. If you stop at a limit you know you can beat, then it's not -EV.

its -EV in the sense that you give up time playing poker to do this when you will most likely bust before you win big.

POKhER are you playing FR or 6 max.

Guys, I know -EV has become semi-synonymous with "bad idea" on 2+2, but that's not what the term really means. EV has a specific mathematical meaning, and make sure you understand it in and out before you start abusing it for fun.

Bad poker decisions resulting from fuzzy math skills is no fun.

6max LOL, Full ring will probably be easier and lower ROR, but 6max is more fun!

I'm bored and this sounds fun. I already runnered a flush to beat slowplayed flopped trips. Up 5bbs at .5/1.

No, I think he was right. It is also -EV to sleep, as we could be playing poker.

good live poker line:

[hero is in the bb and there are a few limpers]

"A free flop! Well damn, that's as rare as good TV!"

I bet that wasnt a live 0.5/1 game /images/graemlins/smile.gif
Free flops at 0.5/1 are about as rare as slot machines in Vegas..
