Ive been calling down with what I believe to be too many hands lately. Does anyone release this on the turn?

UTG is 29/0/.73
BB is 41/3/1

UTG is waaay to passive. I would probably just fold.

Getting 1:8 on a call is nice, but I don't see us really having that many outs here. Possible hands for a 29% vpip to limp in UTG would include A9/AT/99/TT, I guess T9 is possible, a bit less likely. We probably only have like 3 outs here if any, 5 on a lucky day.

I agree with this statement especially since raiser is a fish. Fish with that low of aggression simply dont bluff. I would figure him for an A9 here so you have 6 outs and a possible draw against you. So this means maybe 3 good outs here. Id probably fold in this case but it would depend on the BB. I have seen fish raise with TP when they hit no matter the kicker. They only think about their hand not yours. So if the raiser does this then call otherwise fold.
