I'm playing on Pokerstars and want to withdraw part of my deposit. If I do so will I become ineligibile for the deposit bonus which I've been working toward?

Wait for 48 hours and then you can withdraw as much as you want. The bonus won't expire after the money's been in for 48 hours.
