Call. He could have a weak ace for the chop, or be bluffing at this "scare card". What limits is this? Fold preflop.

The rest looks fine.

i do not understand betting your pair of aces into the preflop raiser on this flop.

you cant honestly believe villain is ever bluffing here

hero is a pretty big favorite to have an ace when he leads the river and there's a calling station behind him

how often is a "fairly TAG" villain helping us out by raising this flop?

Not always, but sometimes. If he has a T or JJ-KK I think he raises often enough.

fair enough - do we c/call every street after he raises the flop? or do we c/call the turn and bet/fold the river?

First, it's usually common courtesy to remove screen names before you post. Next time.

Preflop is borderline. I usually don't play suited aces until MP, and I'll raise or fold in that case. Once you've played it, why did you bet the flop? (I'm honestly just wondering what your reasoning was.)

Call down. If he is ahead, we don't want to do the betting ourselves. If he is behind, we don't want him folding to our bet.

Noted on hiding player names--sorry.

What is the cutoff for folding/raising suited aces UTG? A8s is a fold, A9s is a raise?

I'm leading the flop mostly to protect my hand, but also (I hoped) to define it. Check/call or check/raise risks bringing along three other players. Maybe I shouldn't be too worried about this since they have so few outs, assuming I am ahead (?)
