So Panera Bread offers free Wi-Fi but content is filtered through SonicWall. Any site listed under 'gambling' is unaccessible. This means that not only that you can't browse twoplustwo.com while sipping coffee but you can't even book a hotel room in Vegas as hotel/casino websites are also listed as 'gambling'.

Anyway around the SonicWall filter?

Thanks.

a secure proxy will take care of everything. Here (http://www.google.com/search?q=secure+proxy&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official) is a google search for them. I'm sorry I can't recommend any of them, I use a private proxy.

edit: yes, it is possible to play poker through them too... inquire before purchase whether it's just web/pop/imap or if all internet services are proxied.

FWIW, I played at a panera break about 6 months ago. The poker clients use non standard TCP ports that are not blocked. I just could not go to partypoker.com or read rgp while playing. Since the access is free, you do pay for what you get.

If you're referring access to the 2+2 forums, you can sometimes get around this by typing "http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com" or by merely using https:// on websites. It doesn't always work, but it's amazing how often it does.
