Bison hand converter

Hi, I am new so please forgive the simple questions
I run PT and play on Party Poker
Where do I get the hand histories to post is it from my PT folder - if so which ones

and is it as easy as just cutting and pasting them?

Th easiest way for me is to go to the game notes tab, select the game I want, copy the HH and paste it into the converter. There are other ways, but I find this the fastest.
