bet365--$100 signup bonus

Apparently this has just recently been raised from $50; and is supposed to be easy to get.

My problem is that I have never seen such a screwed-up site and wonder whether or not it's even worth going after: the software won't allow you to sign up--after numerous attempts I phoned and got a girl who was just as nice as could be but had a cockney accent that was so heavy that I just could not understand her without numerous repeats. I finally understood that she was saying that basically everybody has to call in and have the account created by the customer service people.

OK, finally get through that only to find that there is no way I can figure out to deposit money. Plus emails sent to them return as bounced. So I'd have to call again just to deposit.

With this many problems so far when I'm trying to put money in, I can just imagine what it would be like trying to get money out.

I have an account there and had no problems. I've cleared the initial poker bonus and a reload plus I did the casino side of the bonus. It's a prima skin and they all look/play the same (I've done about 6 skins so far). The only glitch I've had is that I had to wait a month to withdraw via neteller after I did my first withdraw through them. Otherwise I would've had to pay a fee. However, for the initial withdraw it was easy. One other thing. Always make the same user name when creating an account with the prima skins. I got banned because I made 2 user names on different accounts. I didn't do it to cheat, just made a mistake so I had to haggle with support for a while to get it unbanned.

I had no problems downloading and installing the software at the beginning of the month. I was able to create a new account myself.

On the main window, click the 'Bank' button at the bottom or click on Menu->Bank. All the standard deposit methods are available.

I played the raked hands and emailed them for the bonuses (both the signup and reload) and got them credited in a couple of days. You can goto Menu->Playcheck and look for the 'Last 10 Admin Events' to see if the bonus has been credited.

Bet365's bonuses are great and easy to clear. I had no problems setting up an account, but have heard fo a few other people who did. I found their custserv to be as good as anybody's.

For a Prima skin, their customer service is quite good.

As far as getting money out, assuming you are using Neteller, you'll have to get their merchant ID and request a transfer from neteller. You get one free withdrawal per 28 days, any more than that costs $15 per. My cashout time this month from Bet365 was less than an hour.

Bonus is easy to clear, but the 1/2 game is tough. Look for 23-25 VPIP tables as the loosest, on average.

I agree with everyone else here the software is hassle free and easy to install, the bonuses are very easy to clear and customer support is good. If you use Neteller withdraws are quick.

If you have an account with The sportsbetting book at Bet365 does that affect your ability to play in the poker room and collect all the boni?

No. At least I highly doubt it as I have an account on their Casino side as well as the poker side with no problems.

I just did this too but havent cleared it yet. I already had a prima account so tried to use that as they told me to, but I ended up having to make a new name regardless, minor hassle, but not like youve had.

You dont have neteller? That worked real quick for me

This has been discussed in many posts. Use Hotmail,yahoo
,etc to email 365. It seems that alot of the major isp's
are banned by their servers due to spam. I had no problem
with the software but others have. Clear your system temp,history,etc.. and make sure your firewall will allow
