I quite like the turn bet to get to the river cheapish. I doubt he's folding, he might raise, but if you check he could bet $5 ish thinking you're on the flush draw.

Fold this crappy hand preflop but I cannot blaim you very much for calling because of the odds and the hand indeed is suited /images/graemlins/smile.gif.

Pot it on the flop. A bet of 0.25 will do nothing for you.

Bet a little more on the turn and give villian a chance to release the hand. I would had probably check called though.

River is a clear bet. 2/3pot-full pot or so.

How so? I was thinking I liked it. Like someone else mentioned, I'd rather have a $3 bet called here, then c/c $5+. Plus, if anyone noticed that you bet your draw, you may be able to get future action with made hands that you normally wouldn't get when they think 'he might be betting his draw again.'

Here's the deal. Betting $3 vs. calling $5 is one thing, but it's a $2 mistake at the worst. Betting half pot whenever you have a decent draw on the turn is gonna cost you a lot more than $2 in the long run. There's no reason not to bet $5 or $6 on this turn if you are going to bet.

Meh. I wouldn't think making it your preferred normal line would be optimal. But, if you threw it in once in awhile, I can't see how it would be a bad thing. For me personally, I never do this....and I think if I did it now and then it might fit in with my style of play and have a positive EV.

Sure, so long as you bet half pot not just with a draw that has to fold if raised.
