I know the odds. I just think that I should like automatically be awarded the pot after making a call like this.

This is about as close to a coinflip situation as possible, except for the times when the villan actually has a pocket pair and your a significant underdog.

You should check out pokerstove and evaluate your hands to see if you're really getting in with the best of it.
