rating online poker players

i don't play online much. can somebody please explain how to interpret the player rating numbers (i.e. 12.11/4.5/2.78). My next question is how do you go about finding these ratings on players?

These are the Poker Tracker stats. They are Voluntary $$ Put into the Pot (VPIP)/Pre-flop raise % (PFR)/Aggression Factor(AF).
