View Full Version : Deep fried Mars Bar
I split one of these last weekend. It was battered and deep fried and the center was melted and warm. It tasted like warm brownie mix and was surprisingly good.

It's surprising to you that the addition of heat and fat to a candy bar will end in something that tastes good?

These have been popular in Scotland for years.
Scotland has a very poor public health record.
I used to get these in chicago they rule.

I like how this thread balances out Brusier's crazy fasting thread.
I like deep fried twinkies.

Yes, that and deep fried Oreos. Gotta love State Fair food.
Why not sprinkle some bacon for good measure? Might as well wash it down with Fat-Ass juice.

I may go the rest of my life without ever having one of these because I just wouldn't know where to find one. I've only heard about this on OOT...

Everything you post now is just that much better now that I have met you, including your name change, which I hated at first /images/graemlins/laugh.gif
